Fredrik turned professional in 2019 following a standout amateur career where he was ranked inside the top ten of the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
He immediately earned his first professional victory in style, winning by nine shots on the Nordic Golf League in just his fourth start as a pro. He finished the season eighth on the Order of Merit despite making only eight starts.
He was set to compete in European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage, but a hand injury kept him out of competition. He has been granted an invitation for Final Stage in 2021, following the cancellation of the 2020 tournament due to the global pandemic.
A native of Sweden, Fredrik was one of NCAA golf’s best players during his time at Texas Tech University, where he won four times, was named First Team All-American and became the first player from Texas Tech to be named Big 12 Player of the Year.
